The Proof of Claim consists of information that was provided to the Bankruptcy Court to register an individual claim against Celotex Corp or Carey Canada Inc. Filing a Proof of Claim does not constitute a claim with the Trust, which must be filed separately. There are two types of Celotex claims: Individualized Review Claim (IRC) and Discounted Cash Payment (DCP) claim.
